At Elite Cricket Academy, all admission fees, registration charges, coaching fees, training program payments, and other service-related payments are generally non-refundable once paid. Fees paid for training sessions, coaching programs, tournaments, camps, or academy activities cannot be refunded after enrollment or participation has started.
In special circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed by the academy management, and approval will depend entirely on management discretion. Any approved refund may be processed after applicable deductions and administrative charges.
Players who remain absent from training sessions, leave the academy voluntarily, violate academy rules, or discontinue training for personal reasons shall not be eligible for refunds. The academy also reserves the right to modify coaching schedules, training programs, facilities, or staff without prior notice, and such changes shall not be considered grounds for refund claims.
Payments made for academy merchandise, kits, uniforms, equipment, or customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product delivered is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
By making any payment to Elite Cricket Academy, players and parents acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy and accept all terms established by the academy management.
