By enrolling in Elite Cricket Academy, all players and parents agree to follow the rules, regulations, and professional standards established by the academy management. Players are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, sportsmanship, and respectful behavior toward coaches, staff members, teammates, and academy property at all times.

The academy reserves the right to modify training schedules, coaching programs, facilities, fees, policies, and practice timings whenever necessary without prior notice. Participation in training sessions, fitness activities, matches, tournaments, and academy events is at the player’s own risk. Elite Cricket Academy shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, medical issue, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during academy-related activities.

All fees, registrations, and payments made to the academy are subject to academy policies and may be non-refundable unless approved by management under special circumstances. Players who violate academy rules, engage in misconduct, or create disciplinary issues may face suspension or permanent removal from the academy without refund.

Photos, videos, and performance content captured during academy activities may be used by the academy for promotional, educational, website, and social media purposes. By joining the academy, players and parents confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all academy terms, policies, and conditions.
